What does Balanced Line Mean?

A balanced line starts with the center, with an equal number of linemen on each side of the center.

Sporting Charts explains Balanced Line

A conventional, balanced line consists of a center, two guards on either side of him, and two offensive tackles on either side of the guards. If a tight end is added to the right side of the offensive line, the line is considered "strong right", and vice versa on the left side.
