Cy Young Award

What is Cy Young Award?

The Cy Young Award is an annual award given to the best pitcher in each of the American and National Leagues, as voted by members of the Baseball Writers Association of America. The award was introduced in 1956 in honor of Hall of Fame pitcher Cy Young.
