Lambeau Leap

What is Lambeau Leap?

A touchdown celebration first performed by LeRoy Butler in 1993, later perfected by Robert Brooks, and ever since embraced by Green Bay Packers players and fans in their home stadium, Lambeau Field.

Sporting Charts explains Lambeau Leap

The Lambeau Leap involves the player jumping into the end-zone stands to celebrate with the home fans.  It's considered to be one of the few selfless touchdown celebrations in football because it involves the home team celebrating with the fans.

The Leap has avoided the NFL's tough anti-celebration rules because it involves a single player celebrating with fans, not a group of teammates.
