This is a combination odds and money line used for wagering on baseball games. The run line is decided by the spread, which is almost always set to +1.5 runs for the underdog.
A run line is very similar to a puck line in its operation. A typical run line for a baseball game will look like this: New York Yankees -1.5 +120 vs. Los Angeles Dodgers +1.5 -130. A bet on the Yankees means they would have to win by at least 2 runs, and to win $120 a $100 wager must be placed. On the other hand, a bet on the Dodgers would win $130 on a $100 bet if they win or get within a run of the Yankees. The run line is named as such because the runs scored are used in the line. Since the spread is always the same, the money line is the part to pay attention to.
