Stolen Base Percentage Leaders: 2015 MLB Season

Stolen Base Percentage measures the success rate of baserunners in stealing bases by dividing the number of successful stolen bases by the number of stolen base attempts (which includes stolen bases plus times caught stealing). A high percentage indicates a high success rate.
