Bad throws are passes made by the quarteback where the incompletion was due to the poor quality of the pass by the quarteback. Defensed passes are those where the defensive unit interrupts the pass leading to an incompletion. Dropped passes are those where the receiver should have caught the pass but dropped it for an incompletion. Hit at line incompletions are those where the receiver is receives the pass at the line of scrimmage and is hit leading to an incompletion.
