Team Two Point Conversion Statistics: 2016 NFL Season

Two point conversion statistics measure the number of times a team has attempted a two point play after scoring a touchdown. Two point plays are successfully converted when the team runs a 'post touchdown play' from the 2 yard line (in NFL) and successfully gets the ball into the endzone by passing or rushing.
